For preparing the Crunchy, Crispy Fried Fish firstly clean and wash the fish thoroughly then drain it. Marinate the fish with ginger, garlic paste, chilli sauce, pepper powder ,buttermilk and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
Beat the egg well.Dip the marinated fish to the beaten egg and place it on the bread crumbs.Make sure the fish is coated with bread crumbs on both sides.
Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the fish on both sides till golden brown. Absorb the excess oil in the paper towel and serve.
If you want more spicy add 1 tbsp of chilli powder to the marination. Continue the same above process.
