Ingredients
- Cucumber/Kumbalanga(Grated/chopped into very small pieces, Vellarikka) - 1 no
- Coconut - 1/2 of
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
- Add the above paste and curd to cucumber and mix well.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
