Instructions
- In a serving bowl keep the vada.
- Pour the curd over the vada to completely close it. The vada will absorb so pour in excess.
- Sprinkle salt and chat masala.
- Sprinkle sev.
- Followed by the coriander and serve immediately or after 10 minutes.
