for stuffing:
- aloo 3 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- garlic 3 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- punjabi garam masala 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -

Instructions
- boil the aloo and mash it
- add capsicum and green chili and mix it
- now add mashed aloo, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala and coriander pwoder and mix well
- add coriander leaves and mix it, now stuff is ready
- take a two small ball from dough and roll
- stuff the aloo masala
- cover by another rolled dough
- press and roll it again and make a thick stuff paratha
- heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
- now daba style aloo paratha is ready
