Dahi aloo is a dish basically done for breads. It is a recipe made to spread in breads as a masala usually taken up in the evenings. Dahi aloo is easy to make and it is a quick dish. The taste of this dish is awesome . The sabji is preparedd sauting the onions and ginger garlic paste then adding up the spices and salt ,finally adding the masala and curd.
