Ingredients
- Fish(Pomfret or garoupa is ideal, whole) - 600 gm
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Ginger(julienned) - 1" piece
- Spring onion(chopped) - 1 sprig
- Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Chinese Wine - 1 tsp
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Marinate fish with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cornflour on the fish and keep for 5 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the fish, till lightly brown on both sides.
- Drain and remove.
- Heat up the the remaining oil.
- Add ginger and fry.
- Add all the sauces and 3 tbsp of water.
- Allow it to boil.
- Pour the above over the fried fish.
- Garnish with spring onion.
