Cheese Omlette

Milk

cup
Bread crumbs

gm
Cheese
grated
6
nos
Eggs
Salt
As reqd
Pepper
As reqd

tbsp
Butter
Instructions
Heat oven to 250 degree.
Boil
milk
and add
bread crumbs
. Keep it aside to cool.
Lightly beat eggs with
salt
and pepper.
Mix well together the grated cheese, beaten eggs and the soaked
bread crumbs
.
Heat a cast iron skillet in the oven.
Add butter and when it melts, add the
egg
mix.
Bake it for about 15 mins, till the
egg
is set.
:- Serve warm.
