Ingredients
- Chicken pieces(skinless, boneless lean chicken pieces) - 3 nos
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Mushrooms(small ones)((cut into small pieces) - 15 -
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
- Red wine(The one you get in US and not the one made in kerala which is very sweet) - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Mix it with chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt.
- Grill both mushrooms and chicken, till chicken is cooked in oven.
- :- It only takes 20 mins.
- Saute onions with all the powders.
- Add cardamoms.
- When the chicken is done and onions are sauted, mix them together.
- Pour around half glass of red wine and saute the chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions well.
- After 5 - 10 mins of sauting(when the dish becomes juicy), remove.
- :- Serve with chappathi or rice.
