  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • garlic - 6 flakes
  • Ginger - 2 inch
  • Green chili - 5
  • Mint and coriander leaves - 1 handful
  • Shallots - 5-6 nos
  • Bay leaves - 2 nos
  • Cinnamon - 2 small
  • Cloves - 5 nos
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 2 tsp
  • Curd - 2 tblsp
  • Water - 4 cups
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tblsp

Instructions
  1. In a pressure pan add washed mutton and turmeric, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp oil and cook upto 3 whistles until cooked.

  2. In a mixer add shallots, ginger, garlic, green chilies and grind coarsely.

  3. Now add few mint leaves and make a fine paste.

  4. In a pan add oil and ghee.

  5. Now add whole spices and temper.

  6. Next add onion and fry till golden brown in color.

  11. Add cooked mutton and mix well.
