  • 2 cups Maida
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 no. Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • for frying Oil


  • Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a sticky dough.
  • Drop small portions with the help of your hand and fry them till golden brown in colour.
  • Finally roll the fried donut balls in powdered sugar and serve..
