250 g Dried prawnsGinger (minced)1 no Onion (chopped)1 no Tomato (chopped)2 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powderCurry leaves (Few)Coriander leaves (Few)Garam masala (A pinch)Salt (As reqd)Coconut oil (As reqd) For preparing dried prawns masala, first remove legs and head of dried prawns and clean well.Drain water and keep it in a tissue.Heat oil, add onion, curry leaves and ginger-garlic.Fry till golden. Add garam masala and tomato. Fry for a while.Add salt, chilly powder, turmeric and fry again.Add prawns and cook well. Add water if required.Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve. Dried prawns masala is ready. Kerala
