  • For preparing dried prawns masala, first remove legs and head of dried prawns and clean well.
  • Drain water and keep it in a tissue.
  • Heat oil, add onion, curry leaves and ginger-garlic.
  • Fry till golden. Add garam masala and tomato. Fry for a while.
  • Add salt, chilly powder, turmeric and fry again.
  • Add prawns and cook well. Add water if required.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve. Dried prawns masala is ready.
