1 cup Green gram
2 nos onion chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
5 nos curry leaves

Instructions

For preparing Easy Cherupayar Mezhukkupuratti, first boil 1 cup of green gram with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai add 2 spoon oil, chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, curryleaves and salt.
Then add cooked green gram to this and mix throughtly. Cook for 2 minutes in stove.
Now Easy Cherupayar Mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
