An easy make egg masala for roti, appam etc

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add curry leaves and onion and saute well.
  • When the onions turn golden brown, add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder.
  • Cook till the raw smell goes.
  • Add the tomatoes and mix well.
  • Wen the above ingredients are cooked well, add salt to taste.
  • Finally, cut the eggs and stir well with the above ingredients.
  • Keep stirring, till the egg is cooked properly.
  • :- If you want it in gravy type, add some coconut milk also.
