- Basmathi rice(cooked) - 4 cups
- Black pepper - 2 spoon
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 2 spoon
- Ghee - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan or a kadai.
- Add pepper followd by cumin seeds.
- When it starts to splutter, add the cooked basmathi rice into it and mix well.
