Easy Moru Curry Fast and easy to make curry made from curds - Ramya V 1 cup Curds (slightly sour)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Mustard seeds2 nos Dry red chillies (Kollamulaku)1 sprig Curry leaves1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Black peppercorns (Kurumulaku)1 tsp OilSalt (As reqd) Beat the curd with a spoon to remove lumps.Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.Add water if curd is too thick.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds.Add cumin seeds, peppercorns, red chilly and curry leaves.Add curd and keep stirring.When WARM, take from fire.:- Serve hot with rice.:- Do not boil as it will curdle.
