1 small Milk powder (preferably amulya)1/2 litre MilkCondensed milk (optional)1 no Egg1 tsp Baking soda1 cup Sugar1 tsp Cardamom powder2 tsp Badam pistachios (chopped)Kesar threads (few) Measure 1 cup of milk powder and put it into a bowl.Add baking soda and egg. Knead well(kneading is very important). Keep it aside for 4 to 5 hours.Take a vessel and pour milk. Bring to boil and add sugar and cardamom powder. Boil for sometime and add condensed milk.Make small balls of the dough and put it to the ras and boil for five minutes.Put into a bowl, cool it and refrigerate it for an hour.Garnish wth kesar threads and badam pistachios and serve.
