- Butter - 1/2 tbsp
- Salad cucumber pieces(cut into roundels) - 4 nos
- Onion pieces(round) - 4 nos
- Tomato pieces(round) - 3 nos
- Carrot pieces(cut into small) - 4 nos

Instructions
- Spread butter on a bread slice.
- Place the vegetables one by one on top.
- Place the other bread slice on top.
- Press it togther with your hands to make it firm.
- Cut it into a triangle shape.
- :- Serve with tomato sauce.
- :- It is very tasty and healthy too.

you can make sandwitch by spreading mayonaise instead of butter on the bread then it will taste better.also microwave carrot for four minutes.try this.
