Instructions
- Add shajeera, fennel seeds and continue frying.
- Add mint leaves,mixed vegetables, fry for another minute and switch off the flame.
- Transfer the fried vegetable mixture to this pan, add 2 cups water for 1 cup rice.
- Transfer cooked vegetable rice to an open tray and garnish with fried raisins/cashew nuts and coriander leaves before serving.
- Oven style ------------- 10)Transfer rice and vegetable mixture to greased foil tray or metal tray, cover with aluminium foil and bake at 400F for 1 hour
