  • 2 nos Eggs boiled and chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 1/2 cup Roasted vermicelli
  • Oil For frying


  • For preparing crispy egg balls, first take a bowl and mix the chopped eggs, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt to make a filling.
  • Soak the bread slices in a little water and squeeze it immediately to remove water.
  • Knead it slightly and make balls.
  • Now flatten it on your palm and fill it with the egg-mixture and round into balls.
  • Place the roasted vermicelli on a plate and roll the balls gently on it to absorb moisture.
  • Deep fry in oil until golden-brown.
  • Crispy egg balls are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
