- Eggs(boiled) - 5 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 of
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 Springs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Egg white - 2 nos
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing egg chutney kebabs, cut the boiled eggs in half.
- Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and curry leaves to a paste.
- Put this paste over the egg slices coating it well.
- Dip the coated eggs in egg white and then in bread crumbs. Grill it.
- Egg chutney kebabs is ready. Serve hot.
