- Egg - 4 nos
- Onion(small size) - 1 no
- Pepper powder(to taste) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Green chillies(sliced) - 1 no

Instructions
- Boil the egg.
- Cut the egg into 8 pices or smaller.
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and saute well until it turns golden.
- Add salt to this which makes it turn brown faster.
- Sprinkle some pepper powder and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the egg into this mixture and fry well.
- Keep frying.
- Tips
- :- Do not over do the stir, make sure the egg is not powdered:-)
- :- The white of the egg and the yellow will be fried and start turning brown.
- :- Serve on a plate.
