- Potato(small size) - 1 no
- Carrot(small size) - 1 no
- Onions(medium size) - 1 no
- Cauli flower(handfull.) -
- Capsicum - 1/2 piece
- All purpose flour - 5 -
- Corn flour - 1 -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Red chilli sauce(as reqd) -
- Tomato Ketchup(as reqd) -
- Green chillies - 1 no
- Egg(boiled) - 1 no
- Egg(fOr the batter) - 1 no
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 slices
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Boil the egg and keep aside.
- Add allpurose flour and corn flour into a bowl.
- Add water to make it a thick blatter :- Something like dosa flour or even slightly thicker.
- Beat 1 egg and mix it in the batter.
- Slice all vegetables thin long (something like french fries) and add to the batter.
- Slice half a small onion in long pieces and add to the batter.
- Add some salt to taste and mix everything in the bowl so that all vegetables are coated with the batter.
- In a pan take enough oil to deep fry.
- Add the coated vegetables and fry so that its half cooked.
- Tips :- the batter turns yellow...need not even wait for turning fully brown. Drain out from oil and keep this aside
- In a pan take 3-4 tsp oil and add finly chopped onions & garlic and fry untl golden brown.
- Add pepper powder, Ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add the deep fried vegetables and keep strirring.
- Once it is fried and is turning brown add chilli sause and tomato sause on top of the vegetable and keep stirring.
- Tips: As you fry & stir taste and add Chilli & TOmato ketchup to your taste.
