  • Hard boil the eggs.
  • Grind the ginger and garlic. Mix the ingredients 2-7 in plate.
  • Marinate the eggs in it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the eggs in it.
  • Serve it with tea.
