  • For preparing egg stuffed bacon, take a bowl and mix in minced beef, onion, green chillies, salt, pepper, cumin and cilantro.
  • Knead well.
  • In a baking tray, apply little oil.
  • Spread little minced beef in a thick form. Place the egg in row.
  • Again spread the minced beef on top and cover well.
  • Coat the sides also.
  • Bake it in oven for 2 hours at 300 degree.
  • When done, cut the beef like bread slices and serve hot.
