Instructions
- Soak the rice in water for about 10 min., wash it and leave it to drain.
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
- Then, add the rice and cook for sometime.
- Drain the water off and keep it aside.
- Add the onions and cook stirring occasionally, until translucent, for about 5 minutes.
- Then, add the eggs and tomatoes into it and cook for 2 min.
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce and ajinomotto into this followed by rice and stir well.
- :- Serve hot.

Is this Chinese veriety or Egyptian one? Aginomoto/Soysauce are not native sauce of Egypt.
sherin this one is good but too spicy children cant have it.
