Instructions
- Grind shallots and sweet cumin.
- mix ash gourd, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and ash gourd together in a
- vessel. Add enough water and boil.
- Add curry leaves and mix.
- Grind the coconut with a pinch of turmeric powder.
- well cooked.
- Boil for 3-5 minutes more.
- Serve it with rice.
