2 cups Elephant yam (cubed)10 g Gingely oil2 branch Curry leaves1 cup Chilly powder1 tsp Fenugreek powder (Uluva)1 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Vinegar (As reqd) For preparing elephant yam pickle, roast elephant yam in some oil and keep it aside.Roast curry leaves in the same oil and keep it aside. Roast the remaining ingredients well.Add the roasted elephant yam and curry leaves to it and stir again.
