Ingredients
- Tortillas/Wraps - 6
- *Skinless chicken thighs/breast(cut into strips) - 500 gm
- Capsicum - 2 nos
- Onion(cut into thin slices) - 2 nos
- Taco Mix - 100 gm
- Salsa sauce - 1 small
- Shredded cheese/mozarella - 1 pk
- Maida - 3 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- garlic(crushed) - ½ tsp
- Yogurt/sour creme - ½ cup
- Soya Sauce - ½ tsp
- Vinegar(A few drops) -
- A few hot Jalapeno Peppers, if you have -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- *Minced beef can also be used -

Instructions
- Marinate for 30 mins, or refrigerate for several hours.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan over high heat.
- Add chicken strips to the pan and saute for 5 mins.
- Add the onion and capsicums, jalapeno pepper and saute another 5 mins.
- Add little taco mix to the gravy.
- Boil it until you get a thick gravy consistency. Remove from fire.
- Take a grilling tray and place one tortilla in it.
- Take some from the above mix, (also some shredded cheese) and place in it.
- Roll it covering both sides.
- Repeat the same with all the other tortillas.
- Sprinkle some shredded cheese and salsa sauce above all the rolled tortillas.
- Pour the remaining gravy on it.
- Heat in the oven/grill for 30 mins at 180 degrees.
- :- Serve hot with salads (cherry tomatoes, fresh leaves, baby carrots)
- :- You can also serve avocado chutney on the side.
