Ingredients

Milk
boiled with
sugar
and chilled
½
tbsp
Sugar
2
tsp
Rose syrup/Roohafza
1
-
Falooda sev
½
tsp
Falooda seeds/Basil seeds
1½
tsp
Vanila ice
cream
Nuts for garnishing (optional)
Instructions
Soak the falooda seeds in
water
for at least 30 minutes. It will become double in the size.
Boil the sev in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool it.
Put the noodles in the glass.
Add rose syrup and pour the chilled milk. Add ice cubes with the milk.
:- You may adjust the quantity of sugar and syrup as per your choice.
Add the soaked falooda seeds.
Top it with
vanilla
ice cream.
Garnish with your favorite nuts.
:- Serve immediately.
