Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass Milk boiled with sugar and chilled
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Rose syrup/Roohafza
  • 1 - Falooda sev
  • ½ tsp Falooda seeds/Basil seeds
  • tsp Vanila ice cream
  • Nuts for garnishing (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Soak the falooda seeds in water for at least 30 minutes. It will become double in the size.
  • Boil the sev in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool it.
  • Put the noodles in the glass.
  • Add rose syrup and pour the chilled milk. Add ice cubes with the milk.
  • :- You may adjust the quantity of sugar and syrup as per your choice.
  • Add the soaked falooda seeds.
  • Top it with vanilla ice cream.
  • Garnish with your favorite nuts.
  • :- Serve immediately.
