1/2 cup Figs (soaked in water, Athi pazham)1/2 cup Red wine1/2 cup Raisins1 cup Cream cheese1/2 tsp Parsley leaves (finely chopped)Salt (As reqd)1/2 cup ButterPepper (A pinch)2 nos Cinnamon sticks For preparing fig vincotto with cream cheese canal, heat a pan and cook red wine for a few seconds in it.Add figs and cinnamon along with the fig water to the cooking red wine.Cover and cook it on a low flame till the figs become soft.Fry the raisins with butter in another pan.Mix this raisin with cream cheese, pepper and parsley leaves. Make canals out of this cream.Put the cooked figs on a plate and place the cream canals over each of the figs.Fig vincotto with cream cheese canal is ready. Garnish it with sprigs of parsley.
