- Fish(washed and drained) - 250 g
- Pepper - 5 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Onions(finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
- garlic(sliced) - 1/2 dsp
- Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 dsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Tomato pieces - 1/4 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fish curry in goan style, first grind pepper, cumin seeds, coriander and turmeric to a paste.
- Heat a pan and fry half the onions till brown in color. Simultaneously, add the other half of onions, garlic, green chillies, tomato and saute for sometime.
- Add fish pieces and required salt. Saute for a few minutes.
- Fish curry in goan style is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
