- King Fish - 3 pieces
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Tomato - 4 nos
- garlic(ground) - 2 cloves
- Ginger(ground) - 1/2 inch
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Bay leaves - 3 nos
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Celery - 3 tbsp
- Cheese(grated) - 4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(To garnish) -
- Lime wedges(To garnish) -

Instructions
- For preparing fish decker, marinate the fish in lemon juice and salt mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- In another pan, fry the marinated fish on both sides in olive oil.
- Apply a layer of tomato masala on a serving plate in the size of the fish.
- Place the fish on top the masala.
- Apply masala again on top of the fish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and repeat the procedure till the other 2 fried fish are placed on top.
- The masala must come on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Garnish the plate with coriander leaves and lime wedges.
