  • 3 pieces King fish
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 nos Tomato
  • 2 cloves Garlic ground
  • 1/2 inch Ginger ground
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 3 nos Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tbsp Celery
  • 4 tsp Cheese grated
  • Coriander leaves To garnish
  • Lime wedges To garnish


  • For preparing fish decker, marinate the fish in lemon juice and salt mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Grind tomato and garlic to make a red thick paste.
  • Saute the ingredients in olive oil and add the tomato paste to it and saute it well.
  • In another pan, fry the marinated fish on both sides in olive oil.
  • Apply a layer of tomato masala on a serving plate in the size of the fish.
  • Place the fish on top the masala.
  • Apply masala again on top of the fish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and repeat the procedure till the other 2 fried fish are placed on top.
  • The masala must come on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Garnish the plate with coriander leaves and lime wedges.
