Ingredients
- Fish - 6 pieces
- Onion(thinly sliced) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 4 leaves
- Tomato(thinly sliced) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Tamarind pieces(Puli) - 2 nos
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Small onion(chopped)(Kunjulli) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- Add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves and fry, till they turn brown.
- Add tomato and fry for 2 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt and fry for 3 mins on a low flame.
- Allow it to boil for 3 mins.
- Add fish pieces.
- Cover and allow it to cook on a low flame, till it becomes a thick gravy.
- Remove from the flame.
- Heat a little oil in a small frying pan.
- Fry small onions, till it becomes golden brown.
- Add the above into the curry.
