Ingredients
- Fish - 4 nos
- For marination: -
- Chilly powder - 4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Egg white - 1 no
- Lime juice - 2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- For gravy; -
- Onion(big size) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Ginger(a small piece) -
- garlic - 3-4 pods
- Tomato(medium size) - 2 nos
- Perumjeerakam powder - 4 tsp
- Turmeric powder(a pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Cashew nut(as reqd) -
- Raisins(As reqd.) -
- Coconut - 1 no
- Curry leaves(a few) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(as reqd.) -

Instructions
- Make a thick paste with all the ingredients for marination.
- Clean fish and marinate it with the prepared paste for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil and shallow fry fish and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, saute garlic& ginger,followed by sliced onion and green chillies.
- When you get the cooked smell add tomato and saute well.
- Add all the spice powders except gram masala and saute well
- Put fried fish into gravy and add vinegar & salt.
- Cover the pan and cook it in a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish your fish molly with fried cashew nuts & raisins.
- :- Serve hot!!!
