Fish Upperi
Dry fish upperi or fry
Ingredients
- 4 nos Sardines Matthi
- or
- 2 nos Mackerel Ayila
- or
- 1 can Tuna
- 1 no Onion medium
- 1 tsp Ginger finely cut
- 3 nos Green chillies
- Curry leaves A few
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Clean the fish and remove all bones and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Stir for 5 mins.
- :- If you are using canned fish, it is easier to make this dish.
