Ingredients
- Pineapple(cut small pieces) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 7 nos
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Cook pineapple pieces along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, sugar and salt.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and curd.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add red chillies and curry leaves.
- Pour this seasoning into the above curry.
- :- Serve with rice, pulao or biriyani.

1.when you add sugar first proper cooking will no take place.2.after adding the coconut -curd paste,should not cook for more than 2 minutes ,if you cook for more time curry will split separate with water content
