- maida 2 tbsp -
- Corn flour 2 tbsp -
- Pepper : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

- Tomato : 1 no -
- green chili 2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Kuzhambu Milagai powder 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -
- Oil to deep fry -
- Tomato sauce : 4 tsp -

Instructions
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- add salt, turmeric powder, kuzhambu milagai powder, garam masala and mix it
- now add fried chicken and mix
- add tomato sauce and mix
- allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame
- Now fried chicken masala is ready, garnish with coriander leaves
