Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a medium non-stick pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and garlic and fry lightly, until the garlic starts changing color.
  3. Add onions and red chillies and fry, till translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt to taste.
  5. Add potatoes and green chillies.
  6. Cover and cook on medium low heat.
  7. :- Do not add water.
  8. Keep stirring the potato mixture in between, until thoroughly cooked.
  9. Add the spinach and mix lightly, until wilted.
  10. Add the coconut and mix well, until the mixture is dry.
  11. :- Serve with rice.

thanks for the recipe.you can try jackfruit seed(chacka kuru) or beans instead of potato.

Chop potato finely and cook with the ingredients.Good recipe
