Instructions
- Melt the china grass in a nonstick pan. Pour in the mixed fruit pulp into this and keep stirring, on low flame.
- Always keep on low flame only. Here add ½ tsp vinegar and remove from fire.
- Once its cool, move to a glass jar, and keep refrigerated.

A Note:- It’s a simple quick and easy jam you can make at home. Mind you in Muscat I have red color guava with which I made this jam, any color is perfect for this recipe. The basic recipe I took from the internet but made my own changes and variations in fruits. Kids will love it, I am sure. Enjoy.
