Instructions
- For preparing gaspacho, peel the cucumber skin and slice it.
- Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and slice it.
- Pour cold water, vinegar, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper powder. Blend it.
- Mince the bread well and blend this with the above mixture till smooth.
- Transfer it into a soup tureen.
- Add in olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Gaspacho is ready.
