- kasturi methi 1 sp -

- make a paste of sauteed onion, tomato, cumin, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powderand ginger garlic paste
- in pan add butter and oil
- add blanched cauliflower
- to this add red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric
- add ground paste
