Instructions
  1. Boil the cauliflower florets in salt and water for 3-4 minutes. After boiling, drain excess water and pat dry on tissue paper.

  2. Mix Maida, cornflour along with salt and water to make a batter.Add all florets in batter and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until it turns golden brown colour.

  3. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wide pan, add chopped onions, ginger / garlic paste ,chopped green chillies, chopped capsicum and sauté it for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce ,tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt .Then add the fried cauliflower and mix well till it is well coated with sauces.
