1 no Cauliflower (cut into florets)Peas (A handful)1 no Onion (chopped)Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tsp)1/2 cup Tomato puree1 tbsp Tomato ketchup1/2 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masala powder1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1/2 tsp Sugar4 tsp OilSalt (As reqd) Boil cauliflower florets and the peas in salted water along with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, till it is cooked half.Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and saute for 1 - 2 mins.Add in ginger-garlic paste and saute till onion turn brown.Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, remaining turmeric powder, sugar and salt and stir thoroughly for a while.Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup and saute it till oil separates.Add in half cooked cauliflower florets and cook for 5 - 10 mins on a low heat, covered, till gobi is cooked.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve with roti or pulao.
