  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 2 nos Onion cubes
  • 1 no Capsicum cubes
  • Ginger crushed
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Corn starch
  • Corn flour As reqd


  • For preparing gobi manjurian indo chinese, first soak the cauliflower in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it in a bowl.
  • Add little salt and corn flour. Mix well.
  • Deep fry it in oil and keep in a tissue paper.
  • Heat oil, add ginger garlic crushed, onion and capsicum.
  • Combine all the sauces in a bowl with vinegar.
  • Pour the sauce into pan and fry it.
  • Saute well. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Add little water.
  • Add the corn starch and make the thickness according to taste.
  • Add pepper on top, give a toss and serve hot.
  • Gobi manjurian indo chineese is ready.
