Ingredients
- Cauliflower(medium) - 1 no
- Maida - 2 tsp
- Cornflour - 4 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(Your Option) -
- Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves or Coriander leaves -
- Onion - 1 no
- Spring onion - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos

Instructions
- Take a medium sized cauliflower.
- Cut into florets and remove the stalk.
- Place them in a bowl.
- To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.
- Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add water if reqd.
- Deep fry it in hot oil.
- In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.
- Heat it for a minute.
- Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.
- :- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
