Gobi Paratha

Cauliflower paratha or gobi paratha is an Indian flat bread prepared with whole wheat flour and stuffed with a very delicious and spicy cauliflower stuffing. It goes well with a simple raitha or pickle or just curd.

  1. prepare dough from wheat, water and salt

  2. finely chop the gobi and capsicum

  3. heat oil in the pan and add capsicum and saute for 5 mins

  4. add gobi and mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins

  5. add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well

  6. allow to cook until the gobi get cooked

  7. take a small ball from dough and roll it

  8. stuff the gobi masala

  11. heat the tawa and cook the stuff parata by applying oil both the side
