Grape juice Is Very refreshing especially during Hot summer.

  • Remove the grapes from its stem. Soak the grapes in water with 1 tbsb salt, keep it for 4-5 hours. Wash the grapes until all the chemicals are washed off.
  • Boil the grapes in a pot with water, cardamom and cloves for 3-5 minutes. Allows it to cool.
  • Grind the grapes in a mixer or squeeze it with your hand. Strain through a metal strainer.Discard the seeds and the waste.Add sugar (I added 6 tbsp) and stir well till the sugar is dissolved completely. Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
  • Add more water if needed.
