Ingredients
  

  • 160 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Water
  • 450 ml Grapefruit juice about 4 grapefruits
  • 20 g Gelatine

Instructions
 

  • Leave gelatine in water for sometime till they become soft.
  • Melt the gelatine with water on gentle heat.
  • Combine with grapefruit juice and sugar.
  • Pour into a jelly mould and chill for three hours to set.
